Woofworks was founded by partners Jordan and Lindsay. Originally from the east and midwest, the two found themselves migrating west and exploring everything it has to offer. We have two dogs, Lumi and Goose, who make the most incredible adventure partners. They are our pack leaders and help lead our pack walks and assist with Intro-to-Sport classes. We want to offer the community the same level of attentiveness we offer our own pets!

Benefits

Exercise

Dogs need regular exercise to stay healthy and maintain a healthy weight. Spending time outdoors in nature allows dogs to run, play, and explore which helps them stay active and fit.

MENTAL STIMULATION

Being in nature provides dogs with mental stimulation and helps prevent boredom. Dogs can engage their senses by smelling new scents, listening to different sounds, and exploring new environments.

SOCIALIZATION

Nature provides opportunities for dogs to socialize with other dogs and people. Interacting with other animals and humans in a natural setting can help dogs develop social skills and build confidence.

MENTAL HEALTH

Spending time in nature has been shown to have a positive impact on mental health for both humans and animals. Being outdoors can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in dogs, leading to a happier and healthier life.  Dogs have natural instincts to explore and interact with their environment. Nature allows dogs to engage in behaviors that are instinctual, such as hunting, digging, and exploring, which can fulfill their natural needs.  Nature provides dogs with physical and mental benefits that contribute to their overall well-being and happiness.
